These Terms govern your use of the QuickBooks Online integration ("Service") operated by A Plus Tax MD LLC ("we", "us"). By authorizing the integration with your QuickBooks Online account, you ("you", "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for the purpose of engaging A Plus Tax MD LLC for bookkeeping and tax preparation services. The Service is provided to you as part of a professional services engagement and is not licensed for redistribution.
By connecting the Service to your QuickBooks Online account, you authorize A Plus Tax MD LLC to read your accounting data for the duration of your engagement. You may revoke this authorization at any time via your QuickBooks Online apps settings (see Disconnect instructions).
Use of the Service itself is included as part of your professional services engagement with A Plus Tax MD LLC. Engagement fees, billing terms, and scope are governed by your separate written engagement letter.
We treat your data as confidential per IRS Circular 230 and Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy standards. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that QuickBooks Online will continue to make data available to authorized integrations. We rely on Intuit's APIs, which are subject to change at Intuit's discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Plus Tax MD LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you under the relevant engagement letter during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the integration at any time. Disconnection of the integration does not terminate any active professional services engagement, which is governed by your separate engagement letter.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland.
